The Inner South Veterinary Centre has a well equipped, modern surgery capability. Our experienced team of veterinarians and nurses adhere to the strictest codes of surgical practice to ensure the best quality of care for your pet. We are able to perform a variety of surgical procedures, and will provide referrals to specialists where necessary.
Cryosurgery
Cryosurgery is a treatment for some types of skin lesions and cancers using extreme cold to destroy or remove abnormal tissue. Cats and dogs with white tipped ears and eyelids, pink noses and tummies are particularly prone to skin cancers. This procedure is relatively non-invasive and is highly effective.
